Spain Weather is operated by Suncurves AS ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Spain Weather app or website you agree to these terms.

1. What We Provide

Spain Weather delivers weather forecasts, radar imagery, alerts, and climate data for Spain. Our data comes from public sources including AEMET, EUMETSAT, ECMWF, Copernicus, and Meteoalarm.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Weather data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Do not rely on Spain Weather for safety-critical decisions. Always follow official warnings from national meteorological agencies and civil protection authorities.

3. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (About → Account → Delete Account). Deleting your account removes your account data, subject to any limited retention required by law or for security purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering the service except where prohibited by law, scraping data beyond personal use, using automated means in a way that places unreasonable load on the service, or using it in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suncurves AS is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Spain Weather, including but not limited to inaccurate forecasts, service interruptions, or data loss.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
